Working To Solve Mutiplucation Problems

WALT: Use our fives and tens to work out our multiplication problems.

In maths we have been learning to use half and double. For a example 16x5= so you double the 5 into a ten, next you half the 16 into a 8. So now you x 8 and 10 so 8x10= 80 so the answer is 80.

Buddy Backyard Letters

WALT: Create

Task: Find the letters of our names somewhere around the school.

What was the hardest letter to find:
The hardest letter was H because we looked everywhere, then Emily and I looked up and looked at the window then it turned out to be a H.

What was the easy-est letter to find:
The easy-est letter was O because Emily and I walked out of the door then we looked at the tire and thought that it could be a O.

 

States Of Matter

This is my states of matter  I did this morning. this is talking about solid liquid and gas.

Spelling Test

WALT: Learn to spell.
 We did a spelling test there was 300 words on both sides of the piece of paper. I got 236 right and 64 wrong. I think I did really well in my spelling test.

Reflection: I think I tried my hardest to do all the words. I think I could improve by doing more practicing with the words. Next time I do this I think I will do better and if I achieve more then this time I will be really happy.
